The Pastor
Roger Croney, MBA, is Senior Pastor
of Stockton Word of Faith Christian Center. He has been under the mentorship
and guidance of Bishop Dr. Willie Nutt, Senior Pastor of San Jose Word of Faith
San Jose, California, since 2013.
Pastor Croney is deeply committed to the work
of the Lord and has a servant’s heart for his people. He has an innate ability
to preach and teach the Word of Jesus to all who are willing to learn. He was born in a small town in Kentucky, one of nine sons. His first
introduction to Christ was at the age of 8 years at a summer revival. Pastor Croney’s steps were
ordered to California through Tesla Motors, where he established a great love
for God the Father, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the people.
Outside of the ministry, Pastor
Croney has many unique gifts, which include brick masonry, and along the way, he gathered special skills in carpentry, electrical,
plumbing, and concrete. He has been a part of business startups and
managed large businesses and groups of people.
He holds a BS and MBA from Liberty University. Pastor Croney believes nothing is
impossible through Christ Jesus. He received his ministry license from Mamre Christian Bible College, where he
is also a board member and instructor. He has been teaching, instructing, and
building leadership in the ministry of Jesus Christ for many years.
Pastor Croney is married to Tami,
and their blended family includes three sons and two daughters.
